What we do to keep accounts safe.

  • Official platform APIs An approved Meta Tech Provider. We connect only through the official APIs of Meta and the other platforms we support, with no scraping.
  • Password-free connections You sign in on each platform's own page. We never ask for, see or store social passwords.
  • Encryption in transit Every connection to Maxbound runs over HTTPS with TLS.
  • Workspace isolation and roles Each client lives in its own workspace, and role-based permissions decide who sees and does what.
  • Human approval of AI replies Require approval before the agent sends anything, for as long as you want to.
  • Card payments Payments run through a PCI-DSS-compliant provider. We don't store your full card details.
  • GDPR Built to adhere to European GDPR standards. A DPA and our sub-processor list are available on request.

Connecting an account

Your passwords never reach us.

Every channel connects through the platform's own sign-in, so what Maxbound holds is permission to the account, not the keys to it.

    Sign in on the platform

    Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp connections open the platform's own login page. Your password stays there.

    Maxbound gets permission

    The platform hands Maxbound access to the account, never the password behind it.

    Clients connect their own

    Send a client a one-time Magic Link and they authorize their own accounts. Credentials never pass through you, or us.

AI you stay in charge of

Nothing goes out that you haven't allowed.

  • Approve before it sends. Keep a person in the loop on every reply until you trust the agent.

  • Rehearse first. Simulations replay real past conversations without sending anything to anyone.

  • See every action. Moderation logs what it hid and why, and anything can be put back.

  • Your data stays yours. Used only to run Maxbound for you. Cancel at any time.
