What people ask. About HighLevel and Maxbound.
Is Maxbound a HighLevel alternative?
For social conversations, yes. For funnels and phone, no. Maxbound answers each client's comments, DMs, WhatsApp and web chat with approved AI agents. HighLevel covers funnels, websites, email, SMS, calls and white label. Maxbound offers none of those.
What does HighLevel cost for an agency?
From $97 a month. Starter is $97 for three sub-accounts, Unlimited is $297 and Agency Pro is $497. Yearly, they are $970, $2,970 and $4,970. AI, WhatsApp, SMS, calls and email are billed on top.
What would 10 clients cost on each?
Maxbound $224 a month, HighLevel from $297. On Maxbound, that is 3 workspaces at $30, 6 at $20 and 1 at $14, with 1,000 AI credits. HighLevel Unlimited is $297, plus AI per sub-account. With $50 AI on all ten, that is $797 before usage. That price also covers funnels, email and calls.
Does HighLevel's AI answer Instagram and Facebook comments?
Only through workflows you build. A trigger matches a phrase on chosen posts, then replies with set comments or a GPT step. Its Social Planner shows comments only on posts it published, and cannot hide them. Maxbound's agent answers and moderates comments on posts and ads.
Does HighLevel have AI agents?
Yes, several. Conversation AI answers messages in Suggestive or Auto-Pilot mode. Voice AI takes calls, and Managed Agents automate tasks from a plain-language brief. AI is billed per sub-account: pay per use, or $50 or $97 a month.
What does HighLevel do better than Maxbound?
Almost everything outside social conversations. HighLevel has funnels, websites, email, SMS, calls, Voice AI, payments and full white label. It also publishes to more networks, including LinkedIn, Pinterest and Google Business. If you need those in one tool, pick HighLevel.
