Introduction to Maxbound

Sign Up - As a New Organisation

Getting started with Maxbound is easy. Follow these steps to create your new organization account.

Visit the Sign Up Page

Go to app.maxbound.ai and click on 'Sign Up' to begin the registration process.

Enter Your Details

Fill in your email address, create a strong password, and enter your organization name.

Verify Your Email

Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link to activate your account.

Invite Users to Organisation

Collaborate with your team by inviting them to join your organization. You can assign different roles and permissions.

Go to Team Settings

Navigate to Settings > Team Members in your dashboard.

Click Invite User

Click the 'Invite User' button and enter the email address of the person you want to invite.

Set Permissions

Choose the appropriate role and workspace access for the new team member, then send the invitation.

Pro Tip: You can also generate an invite code that multiple users can use to join your organization.

Sign Up - With Organisation Invite Code

If your organization uses Maxbound, follow these steps to join using an invite from your manager.

Ask Your Manager to Invite You

Request an invitation from your manager or team administrator. They will send you an invite through Maxbound.

Go to Your Email

Check your email inbox for the invitation.

Find the Invitation Email

Look for an email called "You're Invited to Join Trisof on Maxbound" from Trisof.

Accept Invitation and Sign Up

Click the invitation link in the email, accept the invitation, and complete your sign up to join the organization.

Add Client Workspace

Workspaces help you organize content for different clients or brands. Each workspace can have its own social accounts and team members.

Go to Clients Page

Navigate to the Clients page from the main navigation.

Click Add Client

Click on the 'Add Client' button in the top right corner to create a new client workspace.

Add Social Media Account

Connect your social media accounts to start capturing and replying to conversations. We support all major platforms.

Click Add Connections

Click 'Add Connections' below the workspace you want to add social media accounts to, then authorize the platform to connect.

Security Note: We never store your passwords. We use official OAuth authentication provided by each platform.

How to Use Magic Link

Magic Link is a powerful feature that allows your clients to connect their social accounts without sharing credentials with you.

What is Magic Link?

Magic Link generates a secure, one-time link that you can send to your clients. They can click this link to authorize their social accounts directly, without ever sharing their login details with you.

Generate Magic Link

Go to the workspace and click 'Generate Magic Link' in the accounts section.

Share with Client

Copy the generated link and send it to your client via email or message.

Client Authorizes

Your client clicks the link, logs into their social account, and authorizes access. The account is automatically added to your workspace.

How to Use the Inbox

Manage all your social media messages, comments, and mentions from one unified inbox.

Access Inbox

Click on 'Inbox' in the main navigation to view all your messages.

Filter Messages

Use filters to sort by platform, workspace, or message type (DMs, comments, mentions).

Respond

Click on any message to open the conversation and reply directly from Maxbound.
