## How it is priced

One price per workspace a month, falling bracket by bracket as you add more. Every feature is in every workspace — there are no plans to choose between and no seats to count. There is no free tier; every account starts with 7 days free.

- **Agencies run one per client** — Each client’s data, agents and reporting stay separate — and the price per client falls as you add more.

Graduated like tax bands: each workspace costs the rate of the bracket it falls in. Self-serve stops at 50 workspaces; past that it is Enterprise, priced on a conversation. Paying yearly takes 20% off.

## Extra AI credits

Credits pay for the work the agents do — replying, following up, qualifying a lead. Each paid workspace includes 100 credits a month, shared across all your workspaces. Past that, extra credits are priced in brackets the same way:

### How are extra credits priced?

In brackets, like workspaces. Each paid workspace includes 100 credits a month, shared across all your workspaces. Past that, the first 1,000 credits in a month are $0.020 each, the next 9,000 are $0.018, the next 40,000 $0.016 and the next 50,000 $0.015. Using more than 100,000 a month? Talk to us.

### Can I buy credits ahead?

Yes. Pay each month for the credits you use, or buy credits ahead at the same rates. Credits you buy ahead never expire.

### How much does yearly billing save?

Twenty per cent. Pay yearly and every bracket costs 20% less — workspaces and extra credits alike.

### Are scheduling, the API and the MCP server extra?

No. They are in every workspace.

### Can I add or remove workspaces?

Yes. Add or remove workspaces whenever you need to, and cancel at any time.
