## How it works

How a client’s work is set up and handed out.

1. **Make a space** (You) — Inside the client’s workspace, for one kind of work, like Shoots or Post ideas.
2. **Add projects and tasks** (You) — A project for each shoot or campaign, with tasks, owners and dates.
3. **Hand out the work** (Your team) — Give each task to a teammate, or to Maxbound’s agent, Claude or ChatGPT.
4. **The agent does its part** (Agent) — What it makes waits for the task’s owner to approve it.

### What is the difference between a space and a project?

A space holds one kind of work for a client, like Shoots or Post ideas. A project sits inside a space: one shoot, one campaign.

### Can a task go to an agent?

Yes. Give it to Maxbound’s agent, or to your team’s Claude or ChatGPT agent.

### Can someone see only one project?

Yes. Add people to a whole workspace, one space or one project, and choose which pages they can open.

### Does it cost extra?

No. Tasks and team chat are on every plan, and team seats are unlimited.
