## How it works

What happens to each DM and comment is above. This is what you do once, for each client.

1. **Connect the client’s Instagram account** (You) — Sign in on Instagram’s own page, inside the client’s workspace. Nobody shares a password, and the client can do it themselves from a one-time link.
2. **Brief the agent** (You) — Say what it should answer, what links to send and who gets the rest. It asks about anything that isn’t clear.
3. **Rehearse, then approve** (You) — Replay the client’s real past conversations to read what it would have said. It goes live when you approve it.
4. **It answers DMs and comments** (Agent) — Including story replies, and every lead is saved to the client’s CRM.

## Questions

### Does it answer comments as well as DMs?

Yes. It can reply under a comment and carry on in a DM. That flow has its own page: Comment → DM → CRM.

### Can it hide spam under the client’s posts?

Yes, with Comment moderation, on posts and paid ads.

### Do we need the client’s password?

No. The account connects through Instagram’s own sign-in. We never see the password.
