## How it works

What happens to each chat and comment is above. This is what you do once, for each client.

1. **Connect the client’s Facebook Page** (You) — Sign in on Facebook’s own page, inside the client’s workspace. Nobody shares a password, and the client can do it themselves from a one-time link.
2. **Brief the agent** (You) — Say what it should answer, what it should ask and what stays out of public comments.
3. **Rehearse, then approve** (You) — Replay the client’s real past conversations to read what it would have said. It goes live when you approve it.
4. **It answers Messenger and comments** (Agent) — Including comments on ads, and every lead is saved to the client’s CRM.

## Questions

### Does it answer comments on ads?

Yes: comments on posts and ads, as well as Messenger.

### Can it keep prices out of public comments?

Yes, if you brief it to. It can reply under the comment and give the price in Messenger.

### Do we need the client’s password?

No. The Page connects through Facebook’s own sign-in. We never see the password.
