## What it does

Everyone who messages a client is saved with their details, what they asked for and how close they are to buying. Nobody types anything in.

## How it works

Nobody types anything in. The record is filled from the conversation and kept up to date as it goes on.

1. **Someone writes in** (Customer) — On any channel the client has connected.
2. **It fills in the record** (Agent) — Name, number, channel, what they asked about and how close they are to buying, taken from what they wrote.
3. **It keeps it current** (Agent) — Tags and stage change as the conversation goes on, including after a follow-up or a handover.
4. **You act on it** (You) — Filter contacts into a list for a follow-up or a broadcast, or send them to your own CRM over the API.

## Questions

### Do we have to enter contacts by hand?

No. Every conversation creates or updates a contact.

### We already use another CRM. Can we keep it?

Yes. Send each lead to your own CRM over the API the moment it’s saved, and keep working where you are.

### Can one client see another client’s contacts?

No. Contacts live in the client’s own workspace, and nothing crosses between workspaces.
