## What it does

Every comment on a client’s posts, reels and ads gets a reply, moves into a DM, and the buyer is saved as a contact.

## How it works

What happens to each comment is above. This is what you do once, for each client.

1. **Connect Instagram and Facebook** (You) — Sign in on each platform’s own page, inside the client’s workspace.
2. **Brief it** (You) — Say which posts, what to reply in public and what to send in the DM. A word to watch for is optional.
3. **Rehearse, then approve** (You) — Replay the client’s real past conversations to read what it would have said. It goes live when you approve it.
4. **It runs on every post** (Agent) — Posts, reels and ads: each comment answered, moved to a DM and saved as a contact.

## Questions

### Do we need to set keywords?

No. It reads the comment, so “how much?” and “price pls” both get an answer. You can still name a word, like “size”.

### Does it work on ads?

Yes: posts, reels and paid ads on Instagram and Facebook.

### Where do the contacts go?

Into the client’s CRM, tagged with what they wanted, ready for a follow-up.
