Our story

## We build one thing. For agencies.

1.  What we make **Maxbound is made by Trisof Technologies. It’s the AI operating system for agencies.**
    
    Every client gets a workspace. The agency briefs AI agents there in plain words, and they handle the comments, messages, follow-ups, posts and reports.
    
2.  Why **Clients don’t pay an agency for an AI agent. They pay for judgement.**
    
    Which offer to run, how the brand sounds, what to say to an upset customer. Everything around that can run on its own. That’s the part we build.
    
3.  The rule **Nothing goes live until someone at the agency says yes.**
    
    The agents do the work. The agency makes the call.

    Our customers’ names are on the work, not ours. We build so agencies look good to their clients, and we keep the AI in the background.
    
2.  _02_ **If it doesn’t fit in a sentence, it isn’t decided.**
    
    That goes for the product, where everything starts from one sentence, and for how we make decisions as a team.

    Who asked, who did it, who approved it and when it went out. We keep that record in the product, and we work the same way with the agencies we serve.
